Cancellations: To best serve all patients we request at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation. A fee may be charged for a missed appointment.

We are located in the Village of Holley on Route 31, in the historic Public Square (only 5 minutes west of Brockport). There is convenient parking in front of our building only steps away from our front door, and overflow parking directly behind our office and Sam's Diner.

New Patients

New patients will receive a comprehensive exam, x-rays and dental cleaning if there is no gum disease present.
In order to avoid unnecessary x-rays, please obtain any current x-rays from other dental providers before your appointment.  X-rays should be emailed to SchiavoneXrays@gmail.com. Our office manager can you help you do this.
You will receive:
Comprehensive charting of existing conditions
Necessary X-rays
A thorough exam with Dr. Schiavone

Please bring any current x-rays from other offices with you to this appointment as this will save time and additional expense for you.

We accept almost all employer sponsored dental plans.
We do not accept Medicaid or government sponsored plans.

What You Pay

You are responsible for any fees not covered by dental insurance at the time of service. Your dental insurance coverage is closely estimated but not guaranteed.
We accept cash, checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express for your convenience.
A very few insurance companies will only send payments to the home address of the policy holder. In these cases, we must ask you to make full payment at the time of service while you wait for your claim to be processed.
We will strive to provide the most accurate insurance estimating possible, and are happy to assist you understanding your policy or insurance reports (but remember the best resource is your insurance representative). We will assist in obtaining insurance payments but please note patients are solely responsible for payment of dental care.
